As much as we'd like, we cannot diagnose or provide an accurate costing via phone, text, or e-mail.

Book an appointment or just walk in and we can start the process! Appointment timeslots are a drop off with 10-20 minute discussion for scope of work. Essential Service, Overhaul work, wheelbuilds, etc. cannot be performed while you wait.  

Flat Fix - $15

e-Bike Deposit - $45
Deposit for all e-bike work.

Reality Check - $33 
Comprehensive estimate. Recommended for any bikes purchased from eBay, Craigslist, Facebook Marketplace, garage sales. Refundable when other services are booked.

Service Packages

Essential Service - $150
This tune up non-eBike service includes wheels trued, tires cleared of sharps and inflation; drivetrain tuning; Mechanical brake adjustments and pad replacement; lubrication of chain, derailleur and brake pivots; dry cleaning. Safety check of all fasteners. Recommended twice a year, dependent on your annual mileage. Labor only.

Overhaul - $250
When an Essential Service on your non-eBike needs to go deeper. This includes drivetrain removal and dip; washing of components, frameset and wheels; Shimano flat bar mineral oil servicing; Tires off and in truing stand for tension and true; cleaning and repacking of hub, headset and bottom bracket bearing systems; hanger alignment, cable and housing cut and fitting. New accessory installation is 50% off when booked with Overhaul service. Road and non-Shimano hydro service are upcharged. Labor only. Parts additional.

E-Bike services - add $30
Wheels

Spoke replacement (spoke and nipple additional): $55

Builds include lacing, tension, successive rounds of truing and de-stressing $90/ wheel. Hub motor wheels additional.

Assembly

Professional assembly, optimizing all systems and components, safety check, road test. Includes handoff with explanation of systems and features. Includes recycling of packaging and disposal of haz-mat materials:

Kids BMX or Singlespeed: $60-80

Geared: $100-125

E-bike: $175

Cargo, Trike, Tandem, Weird: $240

We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

Includes preparation, documentation, shipment locus for carrier. Carrier shipping additional. $100.
General Shop Rate

For other service needs, our general shop rate is $100/hr.
e-Bike diagnostics are $150/hr
